Shoulder
Shoulder problems can make reaching, lifting or sleeping on one side a daily struggle, whether they began at the gym, in the pool or after years at a desk. Dr. Sagala treats rotator cuff tears, frozen shoulder, impingement, recurrent dislocations and shoulder arthritis, drawing on his fellowship training in shoulder and elbow arthroscopy in Seoul. Many cases improve with physiotherapy and injections. When surgery is needed, shoulder arthroscopy is used wherever possible, with total and reverse shoulder replacement for advanced arthritis.
